Ticket Terms and Conditions (General Admission):
1. This digital ticket is proof of purchase of the above event and must be presented at the time of admission.
2. This ticket is non-transferable and only one ticket is valid per ticket obtained.
3. Tickets are not to be duplicated for the purpose of falsifying entry.
4. The Event Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry.
5. Access to the event will be managed via screening and checks which may include electronic equipment and any other checks deemed reasonable.
6. It is a condition of entry that all patrons consent to having their bags, clothing or other items checked on entry or within the Venue anytime
7. Any person who fails to comply with screening requests may be refused entry or removed from the Venue.
8. Upon entry to the event, ticketed guests will receive a wristband, this will grant re-entry for the duration of the event.
9. As this will be a crowded event, the event is not recommended for children under the age of 4 years. Due to capacity at the event, all children require a ticket for entry.
10. Due to OH&S the following items are prohibited from entering the event:
• Weapons of any kind
• Alcohol and drugs
• Cans / glass
• Musical instruments / whistles
• Unauthorised temporary signage and promotional products
• Flags / banners over 1 metre
• Fireworks / flares / laser lights / Pyrotechnics
• Rollerblades / skateboards / scooters / helmets / bikes
• Professional cameras, audio recording equipment or video cameras
• Animals except for authorised assistance animals
• Any larger items than a standard Backpack
• Umbrellas
• Prams
• Trolleys (i.e. Shopping trolleys)
• Chairs
• Any other item/s that in the opinion of Constant Security could cause damage, harm or public nuisance
11. This ticket has been created and managed using the Sproutix site and is also subject to the Terms and Conditions of Myer.

13. Latecomers may have to wait to gain entry. Gates open 30 minutes before the event.
14. The event is smoke and alcohol free.
15. Tickets cannot be on-sold by any means and scalped tickets may be cancelled, and the ticket holder denied entry.
16. Any persons who are noisy, drunk, threatening or unruly will be asked to leave the event, and will not be eligible for a re-entry.
17. The event organiser has all rights to film, photo and video production of this event.
18. No food or drink will be sold inside the event venue, guests can use wristband to exit and re-enter the event.
19. In the event of extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances the event may be cancelled.
20. Your data will not be used for marketing purposes unless consent was provided during ticket transaction.

As the event is being held outside on the Bourke Street Mall and mostly standing, we recommend dressing for comfort and the weather condition on the day.
